I have killer lower abdominal pain. Endometriousis runs in my fam do u know anything help!?

i have had pelvic pain for years in my lower abdomen. It is so bad that at times i feel like i could get depressed due to it! I have three kids two which took a long time to conceive and i am still in pain.; My great aunt had a hysterectomy at 15 due to endo! my other aunt had prob due to it but she is no longer in pain after having her 2ed child. I have three and am still in pain. I also lost a baby prob due to this. i had an ectopic preg. Any advice id love it! thank u!
