What would you do if a doctor gave you Guardasil if the FDA does not agree?

Yes, your doctor should have informed you that you were over the recommended age group to receive the Gardasil vaccine. It was your responsibility though to make sure that your insurance would cover the injections. I'm not sure if there's much you can do, although you can try filing a complaint you'll most likely still have to pay for the injections you already had.
