What is the point of all the war based mind control propaganda?

Global governance. Read UN Agenda 21 that many countries signed in 1992. Its on line. Its a real eye opener. Know your present and your future. The future is very little like the past or the present. There is definitely an agenda for this century to fundamentally change not only the US, but the entire world. Its happening very quickly but people don't seem to get it.
