How do I fix a discoloration on my computer?

It seems I got a little too violent with my flatscreen earlier and now theres a frightening cyan tint to my computer. It makes everything look cyan and greens look yellow. I have restored my computer and tried using a color modifier to changer it but that just made it worse.
