I am in so much pain help please?

I have been dealing with pain in my legs for over a year now. I am treated at a Military clinic on base now my problem is that no doctor will give me anything to help with the pain they pretty much tell me to suffer with it now don't I have the right to pain managment? I mean the pain gets so bad I can't sleep or anything like now I am going on almost 2 days with mabey 4 hrs sleep. is there something I can do to get proper care from this place I have yet another appoitment on friday and would like some suggestions on what to do I mean they have tried atleast 15 perscriptions and not one helps they say they will not perscribe pain pills to me but if it is because they are narcotics ok fine are there pain pills stronget that motrin 800 that does nothing that is not a narcotic? I belive i have the right to have my pain taken care of and not be told to suffer am i wrong or what any ideas suggestions would be greatly appreciated
