I play Tenor Saxaphone and have TMJ. Does anybody else have this?

I might add that I recently had to have my jaw reset. I was totally locked and could verily open my mouth. It's been very painful and I've not been able to play. Will this get any better or worse? HELP! I continue to see my orthadontist this week, but wondered if anybody else had this.
