If you asked a backwoods, southern, small-town Republican what they thought about Lincoln, what would they say?

That he was a Yankee, politically correct, elitist, big-government liberal who was a terrible president and who terrorized those patriotic Confederates who weren't racist? Would they coincidentally have a Sarah Palin or Bob McDonnell for President bumper sticker along with a Confederate flag on their porch?
