Isostasy Question! I keep getting the wrong answer...?
There is a fully-loaded, rectangular block ship in the Red Sea. It is 10m deep, 10 meters wide and 100 meters long. It floats 2m out of the water, so 8 meters are submerged. ume the density of the Red Sea is 1.050 g/cm3. What is the m of the ship?
