Please help my puter screen falls asleep everytime my i press the power on and it doesnt seem to work?

please can anyone tell me what is rong with this? How can i fix this problem? and also my puter has been cutting off and when i press the power on nothing comes up except a black screen and my tower starts beebing and cuts of and back on and does the same thing i need hel please
