Weight weighs heavy On my Mind?

SugaMama, I know that if you don't feel good about yourself nothing that I or anyone else say will really make a difference but I'm going to try anyway. Although you may have gained a few lbs that you aren't accustomed to, I bet you don't look as bad as you think that you do. How could I possibly know such a thing? I've been there! I have had bouts of depressions due to weight gain and thinking that I was the ugliest person in the room, when that just wasn't true, even if I had gained weight, I was still the same person on the inside and sure you've heard it before but honey beauty comes from within. your friends chose you because of your spirit, your kindness, your sense of humor, your character, and many more qualities that I can't even begin to know. And you said your self that you aren't an ugly girl so what that you gained a little weight, it just wight, that you can lose, imagine worse, like I don't know maybe a teenager who is in their last stages of cancer and can't go out with their friends, see sweetie there is always something or someone doing worse, life is to short to sweat the small stuff, stop focusing on what you consider to be wrong and be thankful that all that is good in your life right now, Stop locking yourself away from the world, go out with your friends and enjoy yourself. What if you lose those lbs but by that time your friends have gone on with their lives and don't want anything to do with you because you shut them out all this time? Talk to your girlfriends, they will tell you that there is nothing wrong with you but if you insist on it I'm sure being true friends they will support you by working out with you. Go to the party.
