When I stomp and when I run or walk fast my tooth hurts!?

Man I search on google about this matter and I saw an ans saying that this is because of Sinus and cold that makes your tooth hurts. The queston is, I don't know what is a sinus? well, I have a running nose for weeks already and a cough with whitish phlegm for a 1mth till now. Could that be the cause? the front of my tooth hurts. To the left side. But I dunno which tooth or gums. I just know it's coming frm the left everytime I stomp and walk and run too. What should I do to gt it heal?? some people said it last for 1-2 weeks? is that true?
