Fibonacci numbers and the golden ratio?

If you have the equation Fn+1/Fn... with Fn being fibonacci numbers and the +1 meaning the next fibonacci number in the sequence then what conclusion could you reach. I know that after 12 then start to look exactly like the golden ration but never the exact number and i was just wondering if there was a better way to say that other than 'they're heading towards the golden ratio'. Thanks.
