What parts do you need to swap an engine in a 2007 Impala?

I have a 2007 Impala and the engine is slowly dying on me. I want to swap it with a Nissan Skyline engine, the new engine has the transmission, ecu,wiring, intake manifold, fuse box ( basically it's a complete engine). How do I swap these engines and what special precautions do I need to take?
