Is there any side effects of using pills without conception?

my girl and me had few days ago for a short period of time (15-20 seconds). we were both drunk so we don't know what actually had happened. she is not sure whether she is fertile or not. i even don't remember whether my sperm came out or not. anyway, she took unwanted pregnency pill (epl-72) after 40 hrs of . now she is afraid if there will be any side effects of taking pill if she wasn't fertile. plz help me !!!!!
