Taking white flood (preworkout formula), protein shake(wpc), green magnitude (post workout formula). Too much?
I'm 17 years old. I am taking (Controlled Labs) "White Flood" which is a pre-workout formula for those who do not know, and i am also currently taking a WPC protein shake on a morning + nightly basis. I wouldn't think this is too much, but i am also thinking about getting (Controlled Labs) "Green MAGnitude" which is a post workout creatine formula. Is this mix of pre-workout/protein/post-workout too much? Possibly a supplement overdose? Or should it be OK, if i maintained a healthy diet, and regular weight training (which is what im doing)?
